Teacher of English to Young Learners.
offered by;
http://www.teyl.com/
It looks like a helpful course for people like me who teach children.
What I'm wondering is...
is it recognized in Korea as in EPIK/GEPIK/SMOE etc?
Was the course worth the money?
Were you satisfied with the course? |

You could do the 100 hour hour tefl course (tutor support included) with ITTT and, after you complete it, get the 50 hour young learners course for free.
I think it's less than $300. Around $200 for the cert without the tutor, but the tutor supported cert is the closest you can get to accredited without having a teaching practicum.
The tutor supported class is just submitting assignments for assessment with feedback - no test. The other, cheaper, course without the tutor has a comprehensive final exam and no support during the study time.
epik does accept the 100 hour ITTT tefl certificate.

I've already signed up and started the 100 hr course offered by
I to I tefl, so it's too late to change.
I wish I had seen this young learner's course sooner. |
