TheYeogiyo.com hosts a free monthly book exchange and this month we're meeting in Seohyun on December 18th at 7 p.m.
Bring books, DVDs and your fine self - if you don't have anything to share, no worries.
Meet at Pub210 in AK Plaza (formerly Samsung Plaza) by taking the subway to Seohyun on the Yellow Bundang Line. Take Gate 6 - go out of the building and walk past Baskin Robbins on your right, continue past an alley, then take your next right into the building hallway (4th building), across from Dublin.
The hallway is across from a store called Mul (water). Go to the back of the hallway and take the elevator to the 3rd floor. Follow the signs to Pub 210. The bar is kind to us and has some pool tables, decent eats, dart boards, hookahs and a computer so we can pick the muzak.
There's also now a permanent bookshelf there so you can trade books on your own time within your own neighbourhood if you don't have the chance to often get to the Seoul book exchange.
Come alone if you're friendless, we're all right enough people. And we get friendlier when you buy beer for us.

I don't know about how business has been affected at Dublin, although I think they might have reduced their drink prices... I'm assuming that would be a direct result of Pub210's competition?
It's owned by a really sweet, and quite young, Korean girl (I think it's named for her birthday). |
