What are you asking for when you approach recruiters or schools that is making it so hard to get a job?
Especially since you say you have great references.

Maybe you have a wife , 2 children, a pet rabbit and a dog that need relocated as well, or you are requesting a certain level of salary that is too high to the local going rates, which in Busan are very low.
OR-Maybe you are on the older end of the youthful? Smile
If you are as flexible as you say you are, then you should get something reasonably OK and you would not need to place a desperate ad on here

Busan is a tough market right now, relatively speaking. Most of the jobs I'm finding available are with non-reputable schools. KJC is hiring, however, in Gwangan, I think. They don't want to deal with me because I quit another school, but you might be able to get in there. It's for end of December. They might want somebody who is in Korea already though. Apparently that's a big thing now. Since you already had an E-2 visa, you might be able to come here without a job and then get one from here? It might actually serve you better to do so.

Unfortunately, I don't know the exact details. It's near the Gwangan subway stop, that's about what I know. KJC is a reasonably big chain, however, so you should be able to find a contact e-mail or phone somewhere with a bit of googling!
