Still, people whose babies died are still having troubles getting compensation.

The NZ company lost 200 mill on deestablishing the dairy company yet it still profitted on the sales of the tainted milk. And it hasn't offered nor been required to compensate.

I'm generally against the use of capital punishment, but in this case I can't think of a reason not to use it.

Good riddance. I can't say that many New Zealanders would have much patience for the call to condemn the executions. I'm expecting thunderous silence myself.

I have a problem with knowing who did what? Especially since its china and the lawyers simply do what the police and the courts tell them to do. And what about the political pressure for using melamine or whatever the stuff is called. China has no free press and no transparency. There is no telling what happened. I rank the chinese government way below thailand and indonesia. Thailand and Indo are pretty bad. The Chinese government is a cesspool.
