Article, with video here.
I'm sure this will be a hit for people who thought abstinence-only sexual education just didn't go far enough. |

I'm a rough rider, filled up with christ-love!
However their message is conflicting. If they're CSH is so great, why do they all get shot at the end? |

Because getting shot to death is hip, and thus will enhance the credibility of their message in their target audience? |

Ahhh, I see. Yet given the holiness of the side hug, shouldn't their mighty god be protecting them from such transgressions? |

Wow. That's... ugh. I'm hoping this is some sort parody group or something.
That being said, the beat is kinda catchy. |

Maybe they're so holy that they're being called up to Heaven without delay. |

I thought so at first too, but I'm pretty sure it's not. There was no real satire, and it's being reported on as if it were true.

Must be one of those 'fresh expressions':

Quote: |
A psalm is recited in "beat poetry" style to the accompaniment of African Djembe drums, and prayers are said "for the corporate world, for influential CEOs who oversee billion-dollar industries".
The prayers continue: "We pray for John Chambers of Cisco Systems, Bill Gates of Microsoft, Dr Eric Schmidt of Google Inc, H Lee Scott Jr of Wal-Mart Stores and others who have already made commitments to justice."
Among the alternative services explored in the book, which is co-edited by the Rt Rev Steven Croft, the new Bishop of Sheffield, are so-called "U2charists", services in which the congregation receives communion but sings the songs of the Irish rock band U2 instead of traditional hymns. |
