Intersting article about J. Scott Burgeson's new book, "More Rude Korean Studies," which is published in Korean, that fights back against the lies and negative stereotyping of foreigners in Korea. It's a bestseller.

"Anyway, if they talk about my book they have to talk about the issues I raise in it. But it seems they don't want to. And it's in Korean, so there's no excuse. People always say, 'If you write in English in Korea, Koreans won't notice it. So I put this out in Korean, and yet it still gets ignored by the mainstream media here."

Well, the book that the article is about, is in Korean.

Yes Johnny logic, I did, and if the YOU read the article you'd see that there's been a media blackout about teh book, ergo I hope that there's more Korean language media regarding this Korean language book.

Well, at least the book is selling really well. Even if the media won't acknowledge it, at least people are reading it. The downside is that most people treat the news as gospel.

Steve, I can't really express what I want to say here without being "sanctioned" by the mods. See bolded text above.
