I came across this article the other day, which talks about "Freenet", software which allows access to the "deep web", an otherwise inaccessible, highly anonymous part of the web.
I might check it out. It sounds like it is inhabited by an interesting blend of criminals and free thinkers.
Anyone have any experience with this software, or the beneath-the-surface parts of the internet?
