| What type of housing can you expect with SMOE or GEPIK for that matter? Old one room, new one room, large 2 bedroom apartment, etc? Do you live in a regular building with Korean neighbors or do you live with other foriegners in the same building? |

It's all up to your school. They will pick the housing for you. Some people end up with nice, new places. Other people end up with shoeboxes.
It also depends where your school is and how expensive housing is in that area. |
