so, i have recently been having problems with loading video, (actually youtube is horrible loading for me and have to wait so long), justiv tv in particular. this is weird to me because it had been working fine for a long time. at the time justin tv was working i had only about 80 gb of free space left (probably a little less than that) ~ 40% even.

all of a sudden it doesn't load well, or as quick as it was loading. now, i can barely find anything that will play. i have cleared history, cache and all that stuff. i have been deleting programs to free up space (around 95 gb free now) but to no avail. i have questions/concerns:

1. does anyone recommend anything i can do to improve load times? is it a flsh player problem? memory?
2. i use KT as my ISP - any problems with them regarding this kind of stuff?
3. in my search for things to delete from my comp, i cam across something called " IsaacWebProCMS_DE 4.2.7.3 " from a publisher called PENTASECURITY SYSTEM. after a little digging i found it was some sort of web security company (office in youngdeung-ko) - i didn't delete it in case it was legit, but what do you think?

thanks for any help!

frustrated!

I'd bet $10 it ain't legit. If you didn't put it there, take it off.
Sounds real fishy, to me.

Better yet, go get HijackThis
http://free.antivirus.com/hijackthis/

And run a scan of *everything* your system is running.
If it look suspicious, it probably is.
