Respectable for the East I guess. Sad when 500 gets you second place. I was at the game on Labour Day and they won but only because Toronto play terribly. This is the first decade in a century that they haven't won a cup so I think they're due. Hopefully they'll meet the Riders next year in Edmonton.

That was crazy. I didn't have sound on, so when the kick went wide, I thought the game was over. but then I could tell something was up from the facial expressions.

I can't even begin to talk about this one...the calls by the officials will be talked about forever...even by Roughrider standards, this loss is one for the ages....

Rider Nation is in deep shock and sorrow today....

Certainly, many have compared this loss w/the heartbreaker of '76.

But somehow, the analogy that comes to my mind is game 7 of the '79 Stanley Cup semi-final btwn. Boston & Montreal. Boston's up by a goal with time running out. So what do they do? Get called for too many men on the ice. Lafleur scores to tie and Habs win in OT. To this day, former coach Don Cherry refuses to name the player who shouldn't have been out there.

And no Rider coach or player are saying who ****ed up. And what would be the point? The guy feels like s*** as it is.

Next year country again....
