I do this every so often, when I feel guilty about money. It's the second bedroom in my 2BR apartment, in Haebangchon. Up the hill from Indigo's. Lots around, but very quiet.

Your room will be semi-furnished, meaning a desk/chair, a mirror, two wardrobes, and plenty of storage place elsewhere in the apartment. There is NOT a bed... there is a sleeping mat and several blankets and pillows. It is quite comfortable, and I sleep in there often.

You will have an internet connection in your room. Cable TV is in the living room, which separates my room from yours. I barely ever watch TV- so don't worry about the noise just outside your room- but you can whenever you want.

I have a nice kitchen, dishes, pots, pans, a big refrigerator. You can use whatever you want. The only rule is you cannot use the heating for anything other than showers. I was told it is very expensive to heat my apartment, and doing so all the time will basically negate the extra money I'll get for having a roommate. I have a portable heater you can use wherever you like. It's been fine for me.

I generally ask 100,000W per week. I'd rather just rent it out for a few days or a few weeks at a time.

Send me a private message if you're interested, or try [email protected]. Oh, about me... chill, mostly quiet, work from 10-7 during the week. Twenty-eight year old straight American male. Stay up late but am almost always in my room.
