Just thought this was interesting...

The Korean Basketball League is not allowing players who have any misdemeanors or felonies in the last 3 years to apply for the 2010 "half-Korean" draft. I imagine the same policy goes for the regular foreigner draft.

I think this is a league policy though, not an immigration policy.
