What's your opinion of Hagwon HR

Up to this point, I have found that many hagwon HR representatives have been a bit unprofessional. But I would like to praise at least 3 that have done a decent job.

1. Ian Windsor (Pagoda)
He is the most professional, and hard working HR person I have experienced thus far. In terms of hagwon HR he is in my opinion the example that should be held up for other hagwon HR reps.

2. Stephen Truong (Yes Youngdo)
Just generally good.

3. Lois Oh (Former HR at JLS)
Also Good

Prime example of terrible HR:
One major Hagwon actually hung up on me during my interview to take another call, promised to call me back, and never did.
