So Christmas day I will be flying from Incheon at 12pm and I'm hoping to leave from Daegu the same day, really early in the morning. I would like to arrive at the airport around 10am (unless you have other suggestions).

In order to make that happen I would need to leave from Daegu pretty early. The bus directly to the airport takes 4 1/2 hours but only starts to run at 6am (if I understand the website correctly). The trains leave earlier but I would have to go to Seoul and then catch whatever necessary to get to Incheon in time. According to the Korean tourist website, I could catch a 5am train to Seoul and arrive by 8:15.

So what do you think? Is it possible to get to Incheon Airport by 10 if I arrive in Seoul at 8:15. Any other ideas?

You'll easily get to the airport by ten. Take the subway to Gimpo Airport (around 45 minutes) and then take the AREX subway line from Gimpo to Incheon Airport (30 minutes).

Or you could fly to Incheon from Daegu if you don't want to spend hours on the train.

Limosine bus mate...leaves every 20-40 mins dirct to incheon. I've used it many a time, usually taking a 3amish bud to Seoul. I had all the times written down but have since moved apatments. Get a Korean teacher to call, there is a couple of depots near the train station (one closes abut earlier...the other goes 24/7)

It's more expensive, but you could fly from Daegu to ICN for about $100
