I live in Itaewan near the main street and pay 500/month and 5mill deposit for a 2 bedroom place. Its old and a bit crappy but has a view. I heard this is a bargain for the area however.....
Average price for standard ONE room (not basement) is 3-5 mill deposit and 400-500/month. Good luck. |

i got 2 rooms with good kitchen for 600 and 5 mil key money. 5 mil seems to be the going rate. i heard a lot of people tell me about the cheap rent/key money deals and looked and looked. most of the, didnt tell me though that they usually rented directly and the place had been taken off a friend and really the contract was old. go to a few 부동산s to get an idea. also google search for eden realty. he has price and pics online. his office is by noksapyeong station. |
