I've never needed one of these, but I may soon. How many should I request from my home state? Can I get just one (to show to all potential employers/let them make a photocopy of it and I keep the original) OR do I have to get one for each job I apply to (which would be quite expensive!)?
Please advise.............. |

| Try to get some extra copies I'd ask for 3 or 4. Some recruiters will want to have your apostilled CRC in hand before they will make a serious effort to place you. Also, if you send your apostilled CRC to a recruiter only to find your job offer has gone south, you'll want to have an extra copy or 2 so you're not stuck working with that recruiter ('cuz good luck getting anything back from there) or going through the whole CRC + apostille process again. |
