Mine are:
seat61.com (rail travel facts, advice and details worldwide).
WildChina Travel (Good articles about traveling in China.)
072.com (in Korean...cheap last-minute airfares)
nextour.co.kr (in Korean...cheap airfares and foreigners can sign up)
agoda.com (hotel rooms in Asia...some pretty good deals)
I know more but can't think of them at the moment. What are some of your go-to websites for travel.

wikitravel.org - For the majority of my planning
wikipedia.org - For finding sites to visit/etc.
tripadvisor.com - For finding hotel rooms (not hostels)
onlinetour.co.kr - For flights originating in S. Korea
http://supersearch.travelzoo.com/ - For flights in general (+Orbitz)
http://itasoftware.com/ - For flights
Did you mean agoda.com for hotel rooms? |

www.kayak.com/co.uk
good flight comparison site, not 100% coverage, but good for an overview.
+1 for Wikipedia/Wikitravel |

| Could you expand upon the last-minute airfares on 072.com? |

072.com, in my experience, has some of the cheapest tickets available if you are buying less than two weeks before your trip and are only planning to stay for a limited time (less than a week). For example, about a year ago, I got tickets to Bangkok a week before I left that were 100,000 won cheaper than any other site or travel agency I tried.
Also, 072 and nexttour allow you to buy tickets and then transfer the money through your atm or internet banking, which is handy if you don't have a credit card (or don't want to use it for some reason). I know other Korean sites do this as well, but I have had difficulty with some of the others as I don't have a Korean ID number. |

Do you need a Korean ID number to use 072.com or nexttour? Also, can you use an American CC like a Visa or Mastercard? |

| Foreigner ID numbers work on both websites and they will accept non-Korean credit cards. |

| www.travelfish.org is awesome for Southeast Asia (at least for the countries they cover). They do some pretty informative stuff. Independent traveler contributor, with professionalism. very good. |

Just wondering, what browsers are you guys using for the Korean travel ticket sites? I have problems using I.E 8, firefox, and chrome and the only browser that works is I.E 6 that i'm using at the school....
BTW Jove, I tried to use my ARC number on the site but it didn't work and I don't know how to get a foreign id number. |
