So I've researched a bit and I'm guessing Panglao is the best place to go diving, but I have not found any information on pricings (equipment rental, guide, etc). Can anyone help a brother out?

Go to Bohol Diving Resort website and check if there's any information there.

I went diving with Sierra Madre divers in Panglao in Feb this year. I think it cost around $22 (if you book 2 dives).

used Alona divers, I think it was around 1300 pesos with gear. Nice diving. Lots of dive shops on the beach.

I booked my diving through Alona Divers. They have decent equipment for rentals and really low rates (like 20 dollars). They offer slight discounts for multiple bookings.
