Anyone trying to go to South Africa for the World Cup next year? I just applied for tickets - $80 cheapest seats for the group stage. Applied for the USA games and Brazil games and France vs. South Africa. Anyone want to join me?

i might go.

im an aussie and love sport. we never did very well in football, but we made the last world cup and reaching the second round was HUGE for us!

i would love to see an australian game. australia vs germany. we might get slaughtered, but it is the first game so maybe we can catch the germans off guard and so steal a point to kick us off.

although our team is actually made up of english premier league players and some west asians,( there is not much world class talent down under really) it is still nice to have a 'team australia' in the cup.

a team we can get excited about in the world cup of soccer; the most prominent sport in the world.

it would be great to go over there and see a few games. Cool

lets see the final. australia vs brazil.

i predict australia to win the 2010 world cup, beating brazil in the final 4-0
