Should I reorder my background check?

I have a rather unique situation I was hoping someone could advise me on. =)

When I ordered my background check from the Washington State Patrol, my wallet was temporarily lost (along with my debit card, which I of course immediately cancelled), so my sister paid for the background check with her debit card. Fortunately, my wallet was found, but when my background check arrived I noticed it had my sister's address listed on it, along with her name, instead of mine.

It looks like this:

Date:

(Sister's name)
(Sister's address)

Reference: (my name) D.O.B.: (my birthday)

I assume that my sister's name was included because her information was entered into the payment form. However, I understand that there are strict rules for a visa application that all names on all documents match. I imagine it is best to reorder/apostille a new one rather than have my E2 application rejected.

The only trouble is, I have only a couple days to accept/reject a job offer I really like. I would've already accepted but when I was going through my documents one last time I noticed this error. Anyway, I'm naturally worried at what sort of message I'll be sending if I say I need to reorder my background check (including getting the apostille, it took probably about a week and half the last time), and of course it could be a possibility that the job goes to someone else. And I'd feel wretched causing such trouble for my recruiter and potential employers.

I doubt anyone has had quite this situation before (at least, I hope not), but I very much appreciate any advice. Thank you very much for your time and have a great day!

I would ask your recruiter what they think. I dont know what your background check looks like but for me, Michigan, I got a seperate receipt that had the information on it and it wasn't included on the check.

All right, I will email my recruiter. Thanks for your thoughts! And I wish Washington's background checks were like Michigan's! Confused
