Due to job relocation there is an apartment soon to be available in the Kyong-Ni Dan area (in between HBC and Itaewon) above the Italian bistro Noxa for those of you that know the area. It's a great location for transport, shopping and restaurants and also provides great security via 4th floor views and modern electronic locks.

The apartment consists of one main, very large living room, two other seperate rooms (one currently being used as a bedroom the other as a study/music room), a bathroom with bathtub/shower/toilet etc, a big seperate laundry room with washing maching, a storage area that runs the length of the house and is great for putting suitcases and seasonal things like fans/heaters and a fitted kitchen. The landlady is friendly and never imposes or causes any problems. Neighbours keep themselves to themselves but are more than happy to say hello when passing on the stairs.

We're currently paying 810,000W a month with 5,000,000W deposit.
