Just bought some PC speakers. Had I known they would have ugly bright purple lights on the fronts, I would have avoided them.
Who likes that? Middle school kids? |

I used white-out on mine in the past. Dulls the glare, but cheapens the look. Good luck. Maybe take it apart and disconnect the LED wires?
You should see the Korean Boom-boxes! You want to see colorful! Turn them on demo mode and start a disco. |

I had this set of speakers once... It was possible to read in bed at night by the light from the LED on the woofer that was under my desk across the room. It took three layers of electrical tape to block it off completely. |

I think I have the same one in my computer room. But, yes, black electrical tape works wonders.
I got a dvd as a "service" when I bought a big-ass tv a few years ago. It was like having the UFO from the end of Close Encounters in my living room. |
