I need some help.

I have rewritten our schools report system in excel (2007) when the old one gave up the ghost (it was terrible, looked bad, only worked on korean systems and if you changed anything including student names then it would throw up errors)

I was able to do everything using dropdown menus and vlookups. The one thing I can't do however is to make a print all macro.

I have it set up with a dropdown menu for each class with students names, then based on what name their semesters score is auto filled (vlookup). A graph is then made using these scores and the comment section is filled out.

What I want is a macro so it will print each name in the dropdown menu (or is there a way of doing it without macros?) I suck at macros. Plus it is hard to do a search if you don't know the name of the function. If you could point out a link or something which would show how to write one, or write one for me, or at least point me in the general direction?

I promise I will make a sacrificial offering to the gods of excel if you help me out (a chicken at midnight (tofu log if you are vegetarian).

If you need to see the source file I can provide a link.

For a few hundred bucks I'll do it for you. Smile

With opera unite I can access it through any web browser.

I just need a way to auto print every name in the dropdown list.

Is there a name for this feature? I have spent hours searching but can't find it. So frustrating.

OP, try and get a hold of "Excel for Dummies" for the version you're using. I've forgotten more than I learned about about Access and Excel from their Dummies books.
Try and get a copy, they will tell you what exactly you can do. It may even show you things you didn't know you could do.
The task sounds pretty straightforward, though I never made macros to do the function you mention.
