So the wife and I just bought a new car. We want to get navigation for it but need it in both English and Korean as her mother uses the car sometimes, too. Does anyone know where to get ones with dual/multi languages?

We're looking to get one that can be built into the dashboard as everything I have read says the ones mounted on top of the dashboard are dangerous in an accident and have killed people. With a young child in the car, I don't want to take the risk so am willing to pay a bit more for a built in one.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Hi
I have a NAVI system, it is from Iriver. It's the best NAVI system I have owned in Korea. It's works in both English and Korean. Here is a link to the Iriver site so you can check it out yourself. I don't know if it can be bulit into a dash. That being said here is the site. Cheers,

Check out Gideons thread about the Daewoo model. Sounds like a cheap option.

So to be clear for example, I can write the name of a subway station in English and it will find it? Does it also have voice navigation in English, whereby telling u in english the directions?

Because my friend has that model and it doesnt have full on english.

although maybe u have a new update on it.

I just went down to my car. To take a closer look.

All the voice commands are in English. The locations on the map are all in English. In regards to the search function, those menu's are in Korean, there is a function in the search bar for 영어, however I can't seem to get it to work.
