Hi,

I'm fresh fish and will hopefully be arriving in February for the first time. I'm coming from Ireland and although I've done some research I would love to get some insight on what it's like to teach at an Epik school(s) in or around Busan both professionally and socially. Is it better than Gwangju or Daeju? thanks for any help. Smile

Haha, a close friend of mine (also Irish!) is ditching me and my Bucheon / Seoul excursions and opting for Busan. I'll have her msg you if she ends up getting a position there.
She's new too, though, so I'd keep looking for more Busan advice. From what I've heard, It's pretty much second only to Seoul in atmosphere.

However, since it's so far south (coastal) it's quite a trip to get up to any of the Gyeonggido areas. ~3 hours by KTX, I think? So keep that in mind.

It's a bit warmer, though. I think subtropical? I know it rarely snows there.

Good luck!
