Pretty sure they aren't liking the romanized version. Does anyone know where undelivered mail goes? It certainly isn't returned...

I tried to ask this question once before. I was just told that they can't track regular first class mail. I tried to rephrase my question: "Not my mail, any mail coming in English only; where does it go?"
Anyway, I always got it, just sometimes a few weeks late if it is English only.

yea, this is months, it's either in some dead letter office that we don't know about (we are assuming they have them) or they mis-delivered it, or it's been tossed.

hopefully I can figure this out soon, got tons of stuff stuck in the mail.

I'm guessing the romanization of the address was done poorly.

where do you live? all of my letters/docs sent from have gotten here just fine. maybe someone in your building is being nosy and going thru your stuff.

I used to have this problem until I started getting mail sent to my govt school instead of my appartment.

Probably to postal heaven or hell, depending on the contents!

Seriously, get a Korean to type out your address, save it as a picture file, then email it to your nearest and dearest. They can print it and stick to whatever they're sending. You'll get your stuff quicker too if some poor soul doesn't have to figure it out first.

My brother sent me a package at the end of June for my birthday in July, it arrived in October. Sometimes they redirect stuff that should have gone by air to surface, which takes AGES.

I always get my mail posted to my school. If anything, the post office can at very least ready the title of the school and send it there. English shouldn't be a problem.

Go to your nearest post office, with your alien card with your address on it, and ask if any mail has been delivered for you. Get one fo your co-workers to put it in Korean on some paper for you.
