My older Ipod photo broke. I tried all of the tricks for re-setting it and restoring it and nothing works. It just shows an error message and frowning broken IPOD.

If you are good with ipods and think you can fix it I will meet you and pay 40,000 won to have it work again. Please reply to this with your email or PM me! Thanks

Sorry, the 'sadpod' face means your ipod is toast. Sucks, I know, but unless there is someone really techy your ipod is toast.

What ipod is it? I have an iPod nano I might be willing to sell. I am just not using it anymore. It's 8gb (blue).

mine did that. i took it apart, shook it around, and then put it back together. worked fine. every now and then it does the same thing, i just bang it around and reset a couple times and it works fine. its an older model, first one you could put pictures on. i am not joking about this either.

This worked for me for awhile too. I was violent to it and it would come back to life. There is a company in the US that fixes iPods. You can find them on eBay (not that that really helps you here).
