It's half what I had before I got divorced. About 23pyeong now? Two bedrooms, plus a kitchen cum living room, which I HATE.
Oddly enough, I never had a place that did not have a separate kitchen and living room before (yes, including Korea).. this is the first time ever in my life and it just feels so weird.
Open plan isn't my thing, I am too old school British... If I wasn't planning on sending my daughter to an internatonal school in HK and to live with my parents for now, I would probably move to a bigger place again - at least 30p... |

Sharing a maybe 16 pyong place with my girlfriend, though being charged service fee for a 32 pyong place . Looking at a 26-31 pyong place in one of those Prugios for next year. Think my first year place was about 6 pyong. Those were the days. |

| I don't know the actual measurements, but it's two bedrooms and a decent sized kitchen. My main bedroom alone is the size of most teachers' officetels that I've seen. Pain in the butt to keep clean, but nice if you're having a sizable group of people round. |

I used a tape measure and then converted it to pyeong using my phone.
Obviously I won't be including the outside hall and elevator in these measurements. Or the "yard". Or parking. |

Exactly. I was a tad bit generous in my measurement. |

| My apartment is so small I stuck the key in the front door and broke the back window (drum roll). |

In the same boat as curiousaboutkorea: about 5.5 pyeong, including bathroom, but no closets. Living in the boonies is no guarantee for a bigger place (I'm on Jeju). |
Marion house? Worst accommodation on Jeju. 400,000k a month for a shoebox. |
