I've heard of places that offer free Korean lessons for foreigners. Does anyone have info on this?
Where are they? community centres?
what levels are offered?
How many times a week are they?
Thanks so much |

Also interested in this. I've found that migrant workers' centres do but I'm quite far from the nearest. |

Ok, thanks, I'll have to look into it. Are there migrant worker centers in each city? |

THanks so much. I'm guessing it's in Seoul though, ? I wonder if they'd have something in Daejeon. |

I really couldn't tell you. I suspect so.
Mimis, a huge thank you. I tried searching Dave's via Google for that kind of thread before and not had much luck. |

Closest to Daejeon.
Still not that close, though.

I know chungnam university offers Korean lessons, obviously not for free though.
Your best bet may be a language exchange....or there are community centers that could possibly offer classes (probably have vietnamese and chinese classmates). You'll just have to ask someone. |

My mistake- there is a school in Daejeon
한남대학교 한국어학당..

대전 대덕구 오정동 133
A tad off-topic. This is a school you pay for.
I recommend you pay. That way your instructor takes it more seriously. |

Lots of free Korean lessons at churches around Daejeon, but they will most likely just be once a week and not very structured. |
