Came back from the gym this morning and our apartment smells like fried chicken. We haven't cooked anything in the apartment for days. The smell is not coming from outside. It doesn't smell like gas. Our ondol heat has been on low continuously. We made coffee this morning, but it doesn't smell like coffee.
Should I be worried? What could this be? Is the whole place gonna blow- should I run away? |

The landlord had to get away from his henpecking wife for awhile. Grabbed some KFC and just chilled out there. |

Is it coming from the drains?
Or maybe the neighbors made it. |

I have paid many people good money to get my apartment to smell like fried chicken.
All attempts thus far have failed.
Consider it divine providence and don't pry too much into the details. |

our apartment always smells of stuff, especially in the summer. It's just someone doing a fry up. |

Who is we? Did "We" go to the gym together?
If your significant other was home, and you were at the gym, and you come home to the smell of fried chicken, then one can reasonably deduce that your significant other ate some fried chicken while you were out losing weight.
Since you are at the gym, you are either trying to lose weight, or you are already fit and want to stay that weigh. I can assume that you don't eat fried chicken very often. Maybe your significant other felt like eating friend chicken, and felt like they could eat it in front of you. |

Ha, thanks for all the theories. Our apartment no longer smells like fried anything, so I assume someone was cooking somewhere and it wafted in somehow. |
