Are there any major differences in the documents needed between an E2 and E1 visa?
I have an E2. I'm going to get an E1.
I have an "official copy" of my undergraduate degree. Can i get that apostilled in Korea? Do I even have to get it done?
Anything else that is of importance in this process?
Thanks |

Naturegirl,
For both my BA and MA, I brought a "duplicate copy".
It's a completely official document, and the entire diploma is identical except for the tiny part at the bottom that says "Duplicate Copy".
I'm just worried that immigration is going to wreck them. |

| This is only hearsay, but I have a friend with an E1, all he needed was proof that he had worked at a uni for two years and his MA. |
