Another question is if i do get a job with an E2 visa and suddenly have to go home to UK for a funeral would the visa allow multiple entry and would the employer be obliged by law to allow this?
I ask because my Mother is 83 soon in bad health but could still manage 4 to 7 years at a guess. My father died when i was in Taiwan and i missed his funeral because of finance issues!! Hate the same to happen again!
IMA she has plenty of support in UK so am not abandoning a helpless parent to any lonliness |
