Hello,
I've heard that foreigners can have a record check done here.
Has anyone had one done here and submitted it as a check required for a job in your home country?
I assume if we can have it done it's in Korean and would need to be translated professionally. Please correct me if my assumption is wrong.
Thanks for your time. |

You can get it done at the GU-police station (not the dong (local) police office).
You can get them in Korean or English. They are used to making them in English for Koreans who were seeking visas for the states or other countries who required them to produce one. |

I got mine through the British Embassy in Seoul. Took about a month I think.
It came back in English too

Thanks a million.
Just thinking ahead. Wondering what I will need to do when my tour here comes to an end. |
