ddeubel, you should have known better than to think Corsican would be there.

I thought that Corsican had got some kind of official status under the European Charter for min. or regional lang. Guess I'm wrong. It is officially endangered as recognized by the U.N.

Here's a handy map of the helluva lot of languages in Europe. A lot more than the official ones.... http://www.smo.uhi.ac.uk/saoghal/mion-chanain/en/

32.
Missed the correct spelling on some of them e.g. Ukranian "Ukrainian" or Scots gallic "Scottish Gallic" etc.

34/46 as an American. I surprised myself by remembering Gaelic and Basque, and embarassingly almost forgot Polish.

The ones I missed:

-Belarusian (I didn't actually forget this, but I spelled it wrong, so it didn't pop up, so I assumed Belarus didn't have it's own language).
-Catalan
-Frisian
-Galician
-Luxembourgish (Didn't realize they had their own language).
-Macedonian
-Maltese
-Mirandese (Seems like a lot of people are missing this one).
-Montenegrian
-Romansch
-Sami
-Welsh (I knew this one, no idea why I forgot it).

I got 41-44. Always forget Rutherford B. Hayes, Fillmore, and Garfield. I can however list the terms and parties of every president since Theodore Roosevelt
