Right. Yes you will have to go through the entire immigration screen all over again. When you change employers you will be asked to resubmit.
This is the sparkling Korean immigration system at it's best.  |

if he transfers with an LOR and there is no time between finishing his former job and starting his new job, there are some documents that aren't required again.
call immigration for the exact document requirements if you plan on using an LOR transfer to your new position and extend your visa for another year. |
