I'm not familiar with British government. But how does her assent/agreement to a bill affect it becoming law?

It's interesting that up until now her finances haven't been disclosed.

They have been, but not in detail.

Queen Elizabeth has gotten up and started work every morning at 7:00am since 1955 and has read and familiarized herself with every single bill or piece of legislation that has ever been sent to her for her assent. No other government official in Britain or the Commonwealth, elected or unelected, has worked so hard or so long to help maintain the principle of parliamentary democracy.

And you should look at Princess Margaret's website and see what kind of pace she sets for herself. They're not slackers by any rate

By the book, she has the right to approve/disapprove any bill/paper that the government wishes to pass.

In reality, she simply signs whatever is put in front of her. There would be a massive uprising if she refused to pass one of the elected parties papers.
I think the last case of this was in 1708.

Princes William and Harry are trying so hard to win the respect of the British People. Hugging grieving mothers, sleeping with homeless people, and both serving in the Royal Army.

Maybe they know their days are numbered.

Or maybe they genuinely care about issues like this and hope that they can use their fame for a good purpose.
