Hi everyone! I have recently been offered a job with Sohang Language School (SLP) in Uijoengbu, Seoul. Traveling to Korea is a first time thing for me, so I am unfamiliar with just about everything. I am wondering if anyone has heard of this school and could give me the head's up on it. I am also curious to know about the area...Uijeongbu. From what I've been told, it's a 20 minute subway ride from central Seoul.
Thanks a lot in advance... |

i sent a pm... but be very careful of those slp's, some can be ok, some can be miserable. Look for a website called hagwan report... they have a lot of posts about schools like and including slp.
Otherwise... shut your eyes and just jump by'.

Although every school can be different, I avoid all SLP schools, along with the Wonderlands of the world.
The SLP near my old school at Gangbyeon went through teachers like water. They had a really bad reputation with teachers.
And in case you don't know what SLP really stands for, according to some teachers, it's Slave Labor Program. |
