Could anyone tell me if I quit my job early, would my E2 Visa instantly expire?

Would it turn into a tourist Visa? Or no Visa at all

What do you plan on doing? Do you plan to work at another school? Or just hang out in Korea until you're ready to go back?

I did plan on staying in Korea for 1 or 2 months more before I go back home.
I don't intend on teaching again.

Maybe you could go to immigration and ask for them to change it to a tourist visa? Might have to show proof of flights.

It depends on if your boss is motivated enough to go and cancel it. Often, they forget or don't care enough (depends on how mad they are that you are quitting). Otherwise, you can stay until the end.
