As a guy, I just can't date older women: we just don't relate. I dated a girl who was 6 years older than me once, and we had nothing in common. I guess I just relate more to women around the same age as me.
And besides, I feel like I'm digging for gold with older women. Does that make me a masochist? Woman, I must earn more money than you. My current girlfriend has no job, which obviously means I'm presently earning more money than she is, but she's in law school, which means she will be bringing home the bacon if we do get married. And she's 3 years younger than me: ouch. And she's a foreigner: double ouch. Oh well, at least she's not older than me; that somehow psychologically makes me feel better.  |
