HI,

Does anyone know the name of this tree/plant/vine that is on top of all the pergolas in Korea?

I'd like to get one for my garden back home. A Korean, English or Latin name would be good. Any help is appreciated! Thanks!

Hard to tell from the picture,
but from the leaf patterns look like they are acacias.
Do you know or have you seen it flower?
Is it thorny?

That is Wisteria. I love them as well, they are just gorgeous and so shady in the Summer heat!

Yes, Wisteria.

Very common throughout the world. Grows wild in Florida (around Tallahassee anyway). Also seen it in NZ,

Has purple or white flowers. In the spring the whole plant will be covered in the flowers. Can be quite invasive. Makes a beautiful stand alone shrub.

Haha, that's funny, when I saw it I thought it looked a lot like wisteria. I love them.
