| If I were a Southeast Asian woman (which I am not), I would be really annoyed by that article. |

| This has "Amway" written all over it. Gain their trust, get them to a private spot, then push your wares. The woman was lucky to get away when she did. |

| The fact that this newspaper article exists is astounding. Published, even weirder. People with agendas at the Korean Herald? |

This should make a wonderful jingle for that paper:
"KOREA HERALD! Because foreigners..." (removes sunglasses Horatio-Caine-style) "... are EVIL"
Or something sung along in Korean to the tune of "Ghostbusters":
"If there's someone strange
in the neighbourhood
Who you gonna call?
KOREA HERALD!"
Jokes aside, such articles are both scary AND depressing. |

I believe they stuff them into their handbag.
I know this, because I once saw a Vietnamese woman carrying a very bulky shopping bag. Don't underestimate them. |

Probably going to do the North Korean rowboat style to a waiting submarine. |

SHEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEET! The child catcher from chitty chitty bang bang gave me nightmares for years. I was in therapy until the age of 22 because of that movie.
Thanks for bringing back memories I thought I had buried years ago. |

one could only accomplish a kidnapping of a Korean woman if you taped her mouth shut.
Otherwise can you imagine being subjected to her incessant whining in that well acknowledged whiny tone that Korean language speakers have, especially females to Western ears?
it'd be a constant repeat of that one hilarious episode several years back where a woman actually talked her way out of a kidnapping because the guy just couldn't stand to listen to her any longer |
