Sounds like a teacher-training center. Each province has something like that where groups of Korean public school teachers take a 6-month hiatus from teaching to improve their English at the hands of native speakers.

Could be rewarding for you (earnest participants) or frustrating (teachers just seeking a long paid break). Some of these centers are quite isolated. If you're confident & know your stuff you might enjoy the adult interaction.

i asked my recruiter about it. they want to to have a masters degree.
