Well my xbox 360 is giving me the the "unreadable disk error" enough times to cause me enough frustration that I am looking to buy a new one. The thing is I am a BIG NHL fan and therefore have to have a U.S. xbox as that game is (and continues to be) region locked. I do have and play on Xbox live as well so I need an UNMODDED xbox. My buddy is heading back to the states on January 23rd so I was thinking of asking him to get me just the arcade version $199 U.S. cause I have the harddrive and controllers, but I thought I'd try here first if someone had a cheap used one.
I've got tons of games so ideally just the console. If you have a U.S. unmodded console that you're willing to part with, let me know. P.m. me or email: bourquethemanatgmail.com |

Just be smart about it. Meet the person face to face to make the exchange. its the smartest thing u can do to avoid being scammed. Unless of course its toooooo far for you to travel then the risk might be worth it.

yeh I second that.
I had a person in jeju want to sell me one. gave me bank account number and name of ashley but tried to tell me doesnt have a cell phone number. Bank account, working here and no cell phone? dodgy
read article on here about another guy getting ripped off so just make sure u meet in person. |

| Thanks for the advice. Have a few options, one might be to get one on base as a friend has a friend who works on base. That's how I got this one. Other person offered to switch out the dvd drive with one that he has, though I'm not sure if that would work as would a dvd drive from an asian Xbox 360 work in a U.S. console? If I knew for certain than I would seriously consider it. |

| It's looking like I will go the route of buying a new xbox. So if by chance anyone has a U.S. xbox 360 for sale, please let me know as it would save me the time hassle of getting a friend to get one while back in the states. This base deal might not work out. |

| I kick myself as I remember not too long ago someone was selling their U.S. xbox 360 if memory serves correct. Anyway if anyone has one, let me know. |
