I'm leaving Korea early due to a family thing, and my hogwon has been really good about. I'd like to give a little something to the director in thanks, as well as to a local bookseller and vet who were just super groovy while I was here... but after a year and half, I still haven't figured out what Koreans give to say thank you.
I don't care how culturally appropriate spam and tuna are, please don't suggest them!
I know alcohol is pretty universal here, but any other suggestions? |

get your family to send over stuff from their country that you can't get here. I'm sure they would be thrilled. I gave my last super lady a boomerang. She loved it. |

Honey, it is always a good gift. Look for the good stuff with the honeycomb, it will be well received. |
