Since the cold weather in Korea is here now it's getting more difficult to exercise outside so I've been thinking about doing more calisthenics in the warmth of my apartment. Besdies sit-ups and push-ups does anyone know any others including the number of repetitions.

Dumbbells for curls and military(as light or heavy as you want, depending on your goal). They can even be used with those lunges.
I also do calve raises using the step-up from the bathroom to the rest of my apartment. |

Get some free weights. Calisthenics is a joke unless you're going to do it for 2 hours a day. |
