Also, don't chew gum and smoke at the same time if you don't want gum cancer!

Bottle and label it and then give it to your co-workers as delicious western oil from your home country.

OP
If there's nothing floating in it, just flush it. It's not like its a biohazard or bacon grease right? The bacteria will take good care of your old oil.

Everything causes cancer, do you even know what cancer is?

Yeah, I do. I think having watched all four of my grandparents battle cancer not once, but twice, I have a pretty good idea.

Yes, lots of things cause cancer, doesn't mean that you can't elimate your risks. For example
Wear sunblock outside and a hat
Don't smoke
Don't drink

It's not rocket science.

Wanna know another leading cause of cancer? Vitamin D deficiency.

Nope. Doesn't work that way. In fact, you get a much better fry when you mix some used (filtered) cooking oil with brand new oil. Alton Brown will explain that to you. If you're talking about the inherent dangers of fried foods and a link to cancer, then you might be onto something. As for used fry oil causing cancer, that's just incorrect.

All long as the oil was burnt it should be fine, it's when things are burnt that carcinogens are formed

Throw it out the same place you throw your old motor oil- Into sweet, green nature or the city sewer system.

In the words of Stan Marsh....

"What do these toxins look like?"... "Have you actually ever seen a toxin?"

RIght, but getting Vit D doesn't mean that you have to bake in the sun. You do KNOW that even if you wear sunblock, sun still goes through and you get enough Vit D that way, right?

My doctor. You can find some info here too. http://www.asiaone.com/Health/Eat%2BRight/Story/A1Story20090813-160932.html

Anyways, it really doesn't affect me. I eat mostly raw food, or boil it, healthier and not as fattening as frying, wouldn't you agree.

No. Not at all. Alton Brown proved, using a scale, that you can fry up a MASSIVE three (big, like full fillet) fish and chips (maybe a quarter-bushel) using less than a tablespoon of oil.

In fact, since you're so into food, you should know that fat carries flavor. If you make your food completely fat free, there are flavors you simply won't taste. Further, if you use fat-free salad dressing (though this is off-topic), there are nutritional substances in salads that you won't absorb into your body, because those chemicals are fat-soluble.
