Any chance of find a multi region DVD player that will play copied/recorded DVD Rs from the UK for a reasonable price in Yongsan?

My parents like to record UK stuff and send me DVD RWS through the mail. If not I'd like to play my UK stuff and buy a few K-DVDs while I'm here.

I was planning under 50,000 or around there but am willing to pay extra for something that will definitely work!
