I'm having lots of trouble finding addresses and directions of places I want to go to in Busan. For example, I really want the locations of as many electronics stores as possible as I'm looking for specific adaptors for 3.5 jack and AV cables and whatnot. How do I go about this? I mean, I can ask fellow teachers but they don't know the area too well yet.

Where is a good place to start if I want to find specific types of stores, their addresses and directions to go searching for things in Busan? Not just electronics but English book stores, video game stores, etc...

I can't give you website information but in exit 12 of Seomyeon there is a large bookstore (if you walk staright and slightly to the left of the exit the exit has an escalator. Go down stairs for a large English book section. Your video game fix, as far as Xbox 360/ps3 can be found in Bujeon market. To get there, once again go to Seomyeon and head towards Bujeon station. There is an underground mall with a few video game shops catering to console and hand held gamers. They're all on the right had side, the best one in my opinion is the last store on the right, and its just before exit 1 of Bujeon station. Hope this helps, happy hunting.

Have you tried looking online?
I don't live in Busan and only visited there once so I don't know the city all that well.
Anyway, your best bet is to call the Korean Tourist Information line. It's whatever is Busan's area code + 1330 (ex. Seoul 02-1330)
They're available 24/7, really nice and helpful. Wait and press 2 for English.
Good luck.
