| I'm a Canadian (BC) in NZ and had to go through the Winnipeg police for a crc but when I had my parents take it to the consul in Vancouver they wouldn't stamp it because it was from Winnipeg. My dad then took it to the RCMP who originally wouldnt give me a CRC out of country and gave it straight away because of having the Winnipeg police one...go figure |
