I did a search and some of the posts were pretty old, so I'm looking for some current information on this area.

I am completely unfamiliar with Yongin, Bundang, etc etc, but apparently Jukjeon is pretty close to Bundang - I believe wiki says it's a part of Yongin? I don't know...all I know is the job said "Jukjeon, Bundang" which kind of confused me because I didn't know Jukjeon was a PART of Bundang.

I'm not expecting a crazy nightlife like you'd find in Seoul, but I'd like to be able to go out for drinks and have some fun on weekends.

- Shopping?
- Distance to Bundang, Seoul, other bigger/more "happening" areas?
- Dining?
- Other foreigners?
- Nightlife?

Again, I don't expect to be right in the middle of some crazy party scene, but I'd rather not have to travel far and wide just to find some decent bars....

Any information would be much appreciated.

I thought Jukjeon was part of Yongin - but I can't really tell where Yongin ends and where Bundang begins.

I'd be interested to know what there is around the area too, I just moved to Yongin a month ago. All I know is that there's the Shinsegae department store at Jukjeon station and the 2001 Outlet at Migeum station.

Ah yes, Jukjeon. Had a girl from there once. Gorgeous and thin, a dancer who walked with grace and could pull her leg atop her head. A keeper she could have been, but the consistent blocking of cokk on the behalf of a depraved, sexless chap in my extended absence led to her believing the foolish rumors and walking away amid our short-lived long-distance romance. By the time we caught up again far later, I had already fallen under the sway of another woman. She also, soon after, married another fellow and bore a child. As for the man who had stepped between us, he likely found love from his hand.

Yes, Jukjeon, a source of both delight and pain.
